m1 数字压力表

 

m1数字压力表具有温度补偿功能，因此在整个运行温度范围内其精度保持不变。所有的m1压力表出厂时均在环境测试箱内使用计算机控制的压力控制器进行检测和校正。不同于机械压力表，M1数字压力表能够在摔落和遭遇过压的情况下保持校正准确性不变并正常使用。

 

m1易读的5位显示屏，数字高度0.66英寸，明亮背光屏。防水外壳是一个聚酯/聚碳酸酯的混合物并带有O型密封圈。外壳以及弹簧管可抵御多种工业液体包括Skydrol®特种液压油的腐蚀。压力传感器是一个带有隔油系统和一体过滤器的压阻式硅传感器。传感器用316不锈钢焊接外壳包裹。传感器中的可置换过滤器不会滞留碎屑。

 

仪器组成：标定数据证书，热塑保护罩，及两节5号电池。

 

± 0.2% 读数精度；真空至10 000 psi / 700 bar 量程，拥有大字体，明亮背光显示，以及约3年的电池寿命的数字压力表。

m1 数字压力表在 -10~50℃ 下能够保持 0.2% 的读数精度，并且不受跌落、过压、振动、温度以及快速压力变化等因素的影响。可作为 30 psi 压力计提供。

 

一个读数精度为 0.2% 的宽量程 m1 数字压力表可以替代约五个精度为 0.25% 的机械压力表。
